New Green Point Transcription Service Offerings (5/2007)
Green Point is now providing financial transcription services to most of the largest providers of quarterly and annual earnings conference calls. The dramatic growth in this service area in such a short time is due to Green Point's ability to utilize mother-tongue English speakers to either directly transcribe, or review and edit, all transcripts prior to delivery. Green Point has also recently engaged with a major provider of network news transcripts to similarily provide high-quality, validated transcription services, and has augmented its transcription and editorial teams in both India and Israel.
Dual Shore Model Extended to QC on Publishing, Other projects (5/2007)
As a result of increasing client demand for the highest level of quality on metadata application projects that require high levels of English literacy and American acculturization, Green Point has developed and implemented processes that enables the outsourcing of previously unoutsourceable work, at considerable cost savings and without quality compromises. For a prominent aggregator of newspaper advertisement material, Green Point has implemented a process whereby the source materials are transmitted electronically to our Mumbai facility, where they are enqueued and distribued to production operators, where metadata is added. Their product is again enqueued and distributed to American born QC operators working in Israel. The enhanced product is transmitted to the client and errors logged are returned to Mumbai as a learning aid. This model is currently being extended to several other projects with similar stringent requirements.
