Senior Sales Executive – Outsourcing Services
We are currently seeking a seasoned sales executive at our Rye, NY facility with experience and a proven track record in e-publishing, data conversion, and/or financial business processes, to assist us in growing the company to a market leadership position.
Responsibilities:
• Work with fellow members of the senior management team in identifying target markets and fine-tuning sales and marketing strategy
• Generate and cultivate new leads
• Manage the client sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, pilot and sale
• Work with CEO, CTO and Project Manager in strategizing creative client solutions and in creating dynamic proposals to present and sell solutions to clients
• Serve as client ombudsman and relationship manager
Skills and Requirements:
• Deep understanding of all nuances of the outsourcing process, especially in an offshore production environment
• Awareness of the competitive market environment in the e-publishing, data conversion and financial business process outsourcing domains
• Familiarity with typical client concerns, and technical and pricing issues, arising in these domains
• Excellent time management, oral and written communication and organizational skills
• Impeccable record of integrity

Project Manager – Outsourcing Services
We seek an experienced Project Manager at our Mumbai facility with a strong background and a proven track record in similar domains to assist us in growing the company to a market leadership position.
Responsibilities:
• Work with CTO and Facility General Manager in identifying skill set requirements for company's current and anticipated project mix
• Assist in development of skills assessment matrices
• Assist in development and implementation of training and hiring procedures to optimize in-house skill set
• Identify appropriate technologies to bring to bear on individual projects
• Develop project timelines, workflows and cost estimates
• Assist in development of pricing and approach components of client proposals
• Work with Facility Manager in assembling optimum project teams
• Manage projects on personnel, technical and production levels, through pilot, ramp-up and production phases
• Identify and implement appropriate QA procedures to assure that required quality levels are achieved and consistently maintained
• Maintain constant communication with Sales and Management on all timing, cost and quality issues, and on technical issues requiring client resolution
Skills and Requirements:
• Hands-on experience in both line and management capacities, in a similar production facility
• Deep understanding of the technologies and production issues pertaining to the e-publishing, data conversion and financial business process outsourcing domains
• Familiarity with ISO and other standards and principles for achieving and maintaining measurable and consistent quality levels
• A leadership personality; the ability to lead by example and inspire team members to perform at and beyond their natural levels
• Experience in designing workflows and adjusting them on-the-fly as project requirements or situations change
• Familiarity and experience with MS Project or similar software tools
• Excellent time management, oral and written communication and organizational skills
• Impeccable record of integrity
